Doch trotz aller Kritik hat das deutsche Beamtentum schon viele Regierungswechsel und
Krisen überstanden. Durch Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit konnte es in seinen
Grundzügen bis in die heutige Zeit bestehen.
Doch hat das Berufsbeamtentum mit seinen „hergebrachten Grundsätzen“1 auch in Zukunft
eine Chance sich durchzusetzen? Und wozu braucht man überhaupt Beamte?
Auf diese und andere Fragen werde ich in meiner Hausarbeit näher eingehen.
Zuerst möchte ich einen Überblick über die Ursprünge des Berufsbeamtentums mit seiner
Entwicklung vom Absolutismus bis zur heutigen Zeit gegeben.
Anschließend gehe ich näher auf die Perspektiven der Beamten und die daraus folgende
notwendige Modernisierung des Berufsbeamtentums ein.
