Nicht nur Geschlecht und Leistung spielen hierbei eine Rolle, auch Motivation, Disziplin, Interesse etc. sind gänzlich bedeutsam. Die Bedingungen des Sportunterrichts, dessen Ziele und Werte, Methoden und Inhalte werden größtenteils durch den Lehrer vermittelt. Die Aufgabe des Lehrers besteht darin, sich der herrschenden Ungleichheiten bewusst zu werden, zu thematisieren und diese durch methodisch geschickten Aufbau des Unterrichts aufzufangen.
Ich möchte mich in dieser Arbeit auf die Unterschiede von Leistung, Interesse und Disziplin innerhalb des Sportunterrichts konzentrieren. Die geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede, die bei jedem dieser Bereiche unabdingbar ebenfalls eine Rolle spielen, sollen nur am Rande thematisiert werden, da das Thema Koedukation im Sportunterricht einer eigenständigen Untersuchung bedarf.
Nach einer Einführung über die sportpädagogischen Grundlagen, werde ich einen Überblick über das dem Sportunterricht zugrunde liegende Verständnis geben. Im Anschluss wird eine Übersicht über die Ursachen und Entstehungsmöglichkeiten von Gruppenunterschieden (Heterogenitäten) die Grundlage für die folgenden Fallbeispiele bilden. Eine abschließende Einschätzung der Beispiele soll einen Einblick in die Schwierigkeit und Notwendigkeit der Unterrichtsauswertung und -beurteilung liefern.
